Ancy Lewis, LCSW
Hello, I am Ancy Lewis, a Sleep Coach trained and certified by Kim West, LCSW-C (aka The Sleep Lady). I am the mother of two wonderful boys who inspired my sleep coaching path. Both of my boys did not naturally know how to fall asleep or stay asleep all night long without lots of help. Unfortunately, this meant I was not getting my needed sleep. I personally experienced the effectiveness of the Gentle Sleep Lady Method by applying it to my own children. Thanks to this method and my sleep coaching efforts, my children have been peacefully and consistently sleeping through the night for years. Witnessing how sleep coaching can change lives is what lead me to become a Sleep Coach.
I have been featured in Parents Magazine, The Journal News, Pregnancy Corner and The Baltimore Times:
